Used to setup address and circuit labels generated using the macro based rules.

Setting	Description
Cable Systems dropdown	Select Cable System.
Distribution listview	Lists Distribution available for Cable System.
OK	Starts Label Generator.
Cancel	Closes the dialog without any changes.
